Job summary

Abra is seeking a full-time, experienced Customer Service Manager at our St Cloud shop. Family owned and operated for over 30 years, we pride ourselves on excellent service and supporting team members in reaching their goals.

This role requires strong estimating skills, DRP knowledge, and outstanding sales and communication abilities to relate to customers. Hours are Monday–Friday 7:30 am–5:00 pm with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility.
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills; relate well to customers.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must maintain a valid state driver's license.
• ICAR training preferred.

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company we are very competitive in the collision industry
