Abra Auto Glass in Elk River, MN is seeking an experienced Automotive Collision Estimator to join our family-owned collision center. You will write detailed repair estimates, communicate with customers, and collaborate with shop teams to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of estimating experience at a collision repair facility.
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating software.
• Excellent sales abilities and communication skills.
• Able to relate well to all customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must maintain a valid state driver's license to drive customer or company vehicles.
• ICAR training preferred.

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
