Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Detroit seeks a Senior Client Executive-Automotive to drive growth, manage P&L, and ensure client satisfaction across the US Midwest. You will lead a remote, multi-disciplinary sales organization with ~25M annual TCV, forecast revenue, and develop regional account plans while interfacing with C-level sponsors.

This role requires deep Manufacturing/Automotive industry knowledge, proven sales leadership, and the ability to close complex deals through an onshore/offshore

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years leading virtual/geographically dispersed sales teams with annual TCV > $25M.
• Extensive Manufacturing industry experience and knowledge of revenue/margin drivers.
• Experience selling IT services to Manufacturing clients and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and measure a full-cycle sales organization with target TCV ~25M.
• Grow market share and drive go-to-market sales for Manufacturing offerings.
• Develop and execute regional account plans and growth strategies.
• Create deals aligned with client objectives and manage from structuring to close.
