Job summary

Champion Chevrolet in Athens, Alabama is seeking a Client Advisor to warmly welcome customers, showcase Chevrolet vehicles, and guide buyers through the process. You will perform vehicle demonstrations, answer questions about features, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth experience from test drive to purchase.

A friendly, customer-focused attitude is essential, with no mandatory automotive background required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide an exceptional dealership experience.
Learn and demonstrate Chevrolet vehicles, features, technology, and benefits.
Help customers identify the vehicle that best fits their needs.
Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Answer product questions and provide accurate information.
Work closely with the sales team to support customers throughout the buying process.
Stay current on new Chevrolet models, features, and technology.
Follow up with customers and help build long-term relationships.
