What You'll Do

Navigate buyer-seller interactions and collaborate with internal and external partners to manage vehicle inspections and claims. Responsibilities include:

• Review customer claims for compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Investigate complex cases involving fraud, mechanical issues, or history claims.
• Coordinate with various departments during investigations.
• Use resources to investigate, document, and communicate actions.
• Apply financial approval authority as needed.
• Evaluate and validate information to assess claims.
• Communicate via phone, email, and in person.
• Mediates disputes and negotiates repairs or pricing.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
• Consult with supervisors on escalations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

Detail-oriented, accurate, and adaptable. Your qualifications include:

• High school diploma/GED and 3+ years in claims management, investigation, or conflict resolution.
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred: 3+ years in automotive, mechanical, or body shop experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $19.57 - $29.38, with potential additional compensation. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, and other leave options.
