Job summary

Magna invites a qualified Change Coordinator to Mesa, Arizona, to drive EBOM to MBOM conversions and ensure production alignment. The role maintains MBOM data in ICM and SAP, and supports end-to-end change processes across multiple teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating Engineering Changes, validating Change Actions and Deviations, and scheduling CIMs to ensure production readiness and timely deployments.

Qualifications

• CCMP or CMS certification preferred.
• 2+ years experience in automotive manufacturing.
• SAP experience required or strong familiarity with SAP modules.
• Exposure to change management systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Convert EBOM to MBOM and ensure alignment for production.
• Update MBOM in ICM and SAP; maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate and support end-to-end Change Management process.
• Facilitate Engineering Changes across cross-functional teams.
• Manage Change Actions and Deviations in ICM/SAP.
• Align implementation dates with internal/external partners.
• Organize Change Implementation Meetings (CIM) and document deployment.
• Ensure EBOM/MBOM consistency through data checks.
