Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a PE Production Control BOM/EO Assistant Manager to ensure efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes, timely delivery, and high quality. You will manage BOM/EO data, work with the ERP/MES systems, and coordinate cross-functional teams across departments.

The role requires strong BOM/EO interpretation, SAP MES experience, and the ability to lead EO changes with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SCM/Operations/Manufacturing Management or related field.
Total 7+ years of combined education and professional experience, including 3+ years in automotive BOM/EO management.
Ability to interpret BOMs/EOs and read 2D/3D CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

Escalation point for Customer Engineering Change including BOM.
SAP Material Master management: create part numbers and maintain MRP views, work center, routing, production version, standard cost, module no.
Monitor incoming EDI for new parts daily.
Maintain SAP PP module processes (LTP, MRP, PIR, backlog, production results).
Maintain production BOM in SAP/MES (part number, material info, effective point).
Track material consumption for closing and inventory accuracy.
Distribute PART LIST MASTER to all departments.
Track material history for obsolescence or gain/loss items.
Coordinate EO implementation with plant departments.
Manage EO changes: alert, sequencing, communications (internal/external).
Maintain EO systems (G-EPI, SAP).
