The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a friendly Cashier/Receptionist to join our Northlake Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM dealership in Florida. You will handle customer transactions, process payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate totals.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsabilités

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Located at Northlake Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, the Cashier/Receptionist is critical to our customer's experience. The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for handling customer transactions, calculating bills, and processing payments. The ideal candidate must be accurate and customer-focused.
