Ed Napleton Automotive Group in Missouri is seeking an Automotive Cashier/Receptionist to handle customer transactions, calculate bills, and process payments at Napleton's Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM.

The ideal candidate is accurate, customer-focused, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. We offer medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid time off, paid training, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience; automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws/regulations.
• 18+ years of age.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Record totals and verify against payments at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate person.
• Work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
