Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Cashier/Receptionist at Napleton's Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Saint Peters, MO. The role supports customers at the counter, processes payments, and ensures accurate billings for a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will handle cash and card transactions, issue receipts, and maintain detailed end-of-shift totals while providing courteous service. Equal opportunity employer; background check may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate staff for resolution.
• Work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
