Ressler Motors in Bozeman, MT seeks a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive growth by expanding our client base, forging partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities. You will be the driving force behind a rapid, customer-focused sales cycle.

You will engage customers, manage leads, schedule showroom visits, learn our vehicle inventory and services, and collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to purchase or service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients, negotiating deals, and collaborating across teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for creating presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect new clients through research and outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and other digital communication channels to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Manage incoming leads and inquiries, ensuring timely and personalized responses to potential customers.
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit our dealership for vehicle purchases, test drives, and service appointments.
• Develop a strong understanding of our new and used vehicle inventory, as well as our service offerings, to effectively assist customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive buying and servicing experience, address any questions or concerns, and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with our sales and service teams to facilitate a seamless customer journey from inquiry to purchase or service.
