Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking experienced automotive professionals to join our consulting team. Our leading software solutions, along with our award-winning sales, service, and support, have established us as a respected leader in the automotive industry.
As an Automotive Business Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include establishing professional relationships with customers, enhancing their dealership's efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. You will collaborate with dealership personnel to identify problem areas and utilize our proven consulting services, industry knowledge, and solutions to address these issues. Post-project, you will follow up to maintain relationships, provide ongoing support, and promote our consulting services to foster trust and drive further sales.
We offer comprehensive training, including field experience with seasoned consultants, online courses, and classroom instruction in Dayton and Houston. During training, compensation ranges from $57,000 to $60,000 annually, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses after 6-9 months. Post-training, total earnings (base plus bonuses) are targeted at $80,000+.
