Our team values precision, accountability, and transparency, with hospitality and exceptional client service at the heart of every interaction. Training is provided; prior automotive experience is not required, and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or vehicle sales experience is not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent punctuality and attendance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clientele.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently follow up with sales leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct daily inventory walks to maintain knowledge of vehicles, features, options, and specs.
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain current knowledge of Audi products, technology, features, and competitive offerings.
• Follow established sales processes, procedures, and standards set by management.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through professionalism and hospitality.
• Develop skills and product knowledge to guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process.
