Job summary

Lake Auto Group is seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician to deliver high-quality collision repairs with pride and efficiency. You will read OEM repair procedures, work with frame equipment and measuring systems, and collaborate with estimators, painters, and production staff to return vehicles on time.

I-CAR/ASE certifications are a plus, and a clean driving record is required. Join a team that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and professional growth in a modern, air-conditioned shop

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to read repair estimates and OEM repair procedures.
• Experience with frame equipment and measuring systems.
• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components.
• Complete body preparation for paint, including sanding, filling, and masking.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with estimators, painters, and production staff to deliver vehicles on time.
• Take pride in producing repairs that exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Do

Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.

Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of collision repair experience.

Strong structural and non-structural repair skills.

Ability to read repair estimates and OEM repair procedures.

Experience with frame equipment, measuring systems, and modern repair techniques.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
