Lake Auto Group is seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician to deliver high-quality collision repairs in a modern, air-conditioned shop. You will restore vehicles to OEM specs and collaborate with estimators, painters, and production staff to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision repair experience.
• Strong structural and non-structural repair skills.
• Ability to read repair estimates and OEM repair procedures.
• Experience with frame equipment, measuring systems, and modern repair techniques.
• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components.
• Complete body preparation for paint, including sanding, filling, and masking.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with estimators, painters, and production staff to deliver vehicles on time.
• Take pride in producing repairs that exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Do

Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
