What You'll Do
Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components.
Complete body preparation for paint, including sanding, filling, and masking.
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work closely with estimators, painters, and production staff to deliver vehicles on time.
Take pride in producing repairs that exceed customer expectations.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of collision repair experience.
Strong structural and non-structural repair skills.
Ability to read repair estimates and OEM repair procedures.
Experience with frame equipment, measuring systems, and modern repair techniques.
I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
