Job summary

Lake Automotive Group in southeastern Wisconsin seeks a customer-focused Collision Repair Estimator to guide customers through the repair process alongside top insurance carriers and an experienced team. Ideal candidates have 1+ years estimating experience; CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex familiarity is helpful.

Lake Automotive Group offers a modern, high-volume shop with Monday–Friday hours, an air-conditioned facility, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCC One, Mitchell and/or Audatex estimating software is preferred.
• Detail oriented and career minded.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License.

Join one of the largest and most modern collision repair facilities in the Milwaukee area. Lake Automotive Group is looking for a customer-focused Collision RepairEstimator to help guide customers through the repair process while working alongside top insurance carriers and an experienced repair team.
The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented, has strong customer service skills, and has previous estimating experience. This is a highly visible role that provides the right candidate with the ability to work with some of the top insurance companies in the United States. Experience with CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex is helpful.

Earn$60,000-$90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing & presenting estimates to our customers and insurance carriers

Verifying parts availability, accuracy and delivery timelines

Communicate with customers throughout the repair process

Maintain existing relationships with insurance carriers and agents

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideal candidate will have 1+ years of previous estimating experience (preferred)

Experience with CCC, Mitchell and/or Audatex estimating software is preferred

Detail oriented and career minded

Valid Wisconsin Driver's License

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
