Job summary

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking a Paint Refinishing Technician for our Collision South Philadelphia location. You will repaint and refinish damaged vehicle bodies in line with factory specifications and time standards, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience, apprenticeship or on-the-job training in automotive painting.
• High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Repaint and refinish damaged vehicle parts and bodies to factory and dealer specs.
• Comply with laws on paints, thinners, hazardous materials; wear required safety equipment.

As a Paint Refinishing Technician, you will repaint and refinish damaged vehicle body parts and vehicle bodies in accordance with factory and dealership quality specifications and time standards. The Paint Refinishing Technician must comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials and wear all required safety equipment. Experience with water based paint and related technology is a plus!
