Job summary

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking a Paint Refinishing Technician for our Collision Lancaster team. No prior automotive experience is required, as training is provided. You will repaint and refinish damaged vehicle parts in line with quality specs and time standards.

Qualifications

As a Paint Refinishing Technician, you will repaint and refinish damaged vehicle body parts and vehicle bodies in accordance with factory and dealership quality specifications and time standards. The Paint Refinishing Technician must comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials and wear all required safety equipment. Experience with water based paint and related technology is a plus!

Paint Refinishing Technician Requirements

• High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience, apprenticeship or on-the-job training in automotive painting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication.
