Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking a Paint Refinishing Technician for Collision Lancaster. Training is provided, and the role offers growth opportunities within the Faulkner organization.

You will repaint and refinish damaged vehicle parts and bodies according to factory and dealership specifications and time standards. Safety procedures for paints and chemicals must be followed to ensure a safe, high-quality finish.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive painting or apprenticeship.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork abilities.
• Good oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Repaint and refinish damaged vehicle parts and bodies per factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Follow safety guidelines for paints, thinners and hazardous materials; wear all required safety equipment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high quality finishes and timely completion.

As a Paint Refinishing Technician, you will repaint and refinish damaged vehicle body parts and vehicle bodies in accordance with factory and dealership quality specifications and time standards. The Paint Refinishing Technician must comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials and wear all required safety equipment. Experience with water based paint and related technology is a plus!

Paint Refinishing Technician Requirements

• High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience, apprenticeship or on-the-job training in automotive painting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication.
