Sonic Automotive, a leading U.S. automotive retailer, seeks a Billing Clerk at Honda of Stevens Creek in San Jose, CA. You will ensure accurate billing, process vehicle-related transactions, and support accounting functions in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing deals, submitting invoices, and maintaining records while collaborating with sales, finance, service, and accounting teams. This full-time role offers growth, benefits, and a professional team culture.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review deals and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with dealership policies and state/federal laws.
• Prepare and submit billing documents, invoices, and related paperwork to customers, lenders, and manufacturers as required.
• Reconcile transaction records and assist with resolving billing discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records and electronic files for vehicle sales, service, and accounting transactions. Assist with general office filing and other projects as needed
• Collaborate with sales, finance, service, and accounting teams to ensure accurate processing of dealership transactions.
• Support month-end closing activities and other administrative accounting functions as assigned
