An automotive dealership is seeking a qualified Billing/Inventory Administrator to ensure compliance with laws and corporate policies while processing various transactions. Ideal candidates will possess dealership or accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, especially at month-end.

Formación

• Previous dealership, automotive office, or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Review each deal for compliance with Federal, State, and City Laws.
• Post each deal that met compliance requirements into accounting journals.
• Process and collect paperwork for Trade-in payoffs.
