John Megel Chevrolet in Dawsonville, GA is hiring a full-time Billing Clerk to process accounting of vehicle purchases. We appreciate our employees and invest in their success.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, and outstanding attention to detail. Auto dealership experience is preferred; applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Auto dealership billing/ accounting experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Paid pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Verify all deal contents and issue payoff checks for trade-ins.
• Post all sale transactions to accounting.
• Verify the accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
