Job summary

Courtesy Ford in Conyers, GA seeks an experienced Billing/Accounting Clerk to handle vehicle deal billing, verify documents, and post all sale transactions. Prior auto-dealership billing experience is strongly preferred.

The role focuses on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing while coordinating with lenders, customers, and internal teams. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional accounting education or experience a plus.

• Strong accounting principles and financial documentation.

• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting education or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle deals and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Review and verify deal jackets, contracts, titles, registrations, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and process billing, invoices, and accounting transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Post payments, receipts, and other accounting entries.
• Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure transactions are properly documented.
• Communicate with lenders, vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve billing or accounting issues.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting duties as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
• Follow company policies, accounting procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Provide support to the accounting office and dealership team as needed.
