• Experience in auto dealership billing/accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Process auto dealership billing of vehicle purchases and verify deal contents.
• Post all sale transactions to the dealership's DMS.
• Verify posting accuracy via reports and a Finance & Insurance log.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly remittances.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Other duties as assigned.
