Job summary

Hawk Auto Group, a growing automotive group with corporate operations in Illinois, is seeking an Automotive Biller for our corporate location. This role focuses on accurate billing and lien-related processes to support dealership operations.

You will post daily bank funding, review vehicle deals for accuracy, reconcile schedules, and ensure funds are collected, while coordinating with accounting on gross profit postings.

We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Biller at our corporate location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Post daily bankfunding and process lien payoffs.
• Review vehicle deals for accuracy and missing documents.
• Check/maintain inventory schedule with management.
• Reconcile schedules and ensure all funds have been collected.
• Post new and used sales of vehicles to accounting and verify gross profit.

Experience:

• Automotive Biller: 1 year (Preferred)
