Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in call center or automotive sales a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using a guided script.
• Provide accurate information about vehicle pricing and availability.
• Identify customer needs and respond in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Schedule multiple customer appointments daily with the sales team.
• Follow up with leads not yet ready to schedule an appointment.
