Qualifications

• Prior automotive BDC experience is a plus but not required
• Call center or customer service background is helpful
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential
• Positive, upbeat attitude with motivation to succeed
• Energetic, team-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask, follow directions, and stay adaptable
• Strong work ethic and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent is required

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using a guided script
• Provide accurate and professional answers about vehicle pricing and availability
• Identify customer needs and respond in a friendly and helpful manner
• Schedule multiple customer appointments daily with the dealership sales team
• Follow up with leads who are not yet ready to schedule an appointment
