Job summary

Universal Nissan in Orlando, FL is expanding its Business Development Center (BDC) team. This full-time position offers a $16/hour base pay (not a draw) with uncapped commission, plus paid training and ample opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will handle inbound/outbound communications, set appointments for Nissan or Hyundai sales, follow up on internet leads, and collaborate with the sales team to drive traffic and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Able to work in a team environment and learns quickly.
• Schedule MUST be flexible.
• Prior experience in a internet sales call center is preferred.
• Qualified candidates must possess basic phone and computer skills.
• Ability to lift 25lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (calls, texts, emails)
• Set and confirm appointments for Nissan or Hyundai sales team
• Follow up with internet leads and unsold showroom traffic
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport
• Work closely with the sales team to drive traffic to the dealership
