Joe Cooper CDJR of Yukon in Yukon, OK is seeking an Automotive Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to help the sales team by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and building relationships with customers. Experience in automotive settings is helpful but not required.

You will manage inquiries via phone, email, and text, and maintain accurate CRM records while collaborating with sales staff to enhance the customer experience and meet daily appointment goals.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating through text and email.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, appointment setting, or sales preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, internet leads, emails, and text messages.
• Contact prospective customers to answer questions and schedule dealership appointments.
• Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Maintain accurate customer information and communication records in the dealership's CRM system.
• Confirm scheduled appointments and follow up with customers to encourage attendance.
• Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Meet established goals for customer contacts, appointments scheduled, and appointments shown.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and consistent customer service.
