You will respond to customer inquiries, validate inventory, follow up with leads, and support the sales team. Basic sales experience is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries on specific vehicles and sets sales appointments.
• Supports online and phone customers by validating inventory and answering general questions.
• Follows up with prospective customers and existing customers to confirm satisfaction and generate leads.
• Supports and achieves the Sales Department goals.
