Job summary

Koeppel Auto Group is seeking an experienced BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for customers online, via text, or by phone. This role handles inbound calls and internet requests, schedules appointments, and supports customers with vehicle options and service information.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 annually based on experience, with benefits including insurance, 401(k), paid time off, disability coverage, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear, articulate, and pleasant speaking voice.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Customer service and/or telephone contact experience.
• Must be dependable and report to work every day on time.
• Must be friendly and upbeat and like talking on the phone helping people find answers.
• Must be able to address and answer customer requests via phone and e-mail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills a plus (writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Answering all incoming calls to the department and scheduling appointments.
• Answering all internet inquiries to facilitate appointments into the dealership.
• Making phone calls to customers after they have visited the showroom to find out about their experience.
• Helps customers with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products, and services via phone, email, text, or chat.
• Maintains accurate sales documentation in CRM.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
