Job summary

Koeppel Auto Group in New York is seeking an experienced BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for customers contacting us online, by text, or by phone. You will handle calls and internet requests and schedule appointments.

We offer a 40-hour work week with some nights and weekends. The compensation ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental & vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear, articulate, and pleasant speaking voice.
• Must be a self-starter with customer service/telephone experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls to the department and schedule appointments.
• Address internet inquiries to facilitate showroom appointments.
• Follow up with customers by phone or email to gather feedback on their visit.
