The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a BDC Representative at Arlington Heights Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram. This role involves handling internet inquiries and phone leads to generate appointments for the dealership sales departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
• Follow up on prospect calls, set appointments, and gauge customer satisfaction.
• Respond to internet inquiries via email and phone.
• Schedule and reschedule sales and service appointments.
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
• Follow up to generate leads and close sales.
• Explain product features, benefits, and optional equipment.
• Encourage dealership visits and maintain a follow-up system for repeat and referral business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills.
• Experience in a call center environment is helpful.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to communicate persuasively to set appointments.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening as per regulations.
• Must be 18+ years old to comply with company driving policy.
