• Follow up with customers and maintain consistent communication.
• Provide accurate information about dealership products, services, and appointment options.
• Record customer interactions and follow-up activities in the dealership CRM.
• Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to meet appointment and customer-experience goals.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
