Job summary

At Atzenhoffer Chevrolet, located in Victoria, TX, we are seeking a motivated BDC Sales Agent to manage internet leads and set qualified appointments for the sales team. This is a full-time, on-site role with an hourly base plus performance bonuses.

In this position you’ll engage customers with friendly, professional communication, log activity in the eLead CRM, and coordinate with sales managers to ensure smooth handoffs and confirmed appointments, while helping to grow our online reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDC, internet sales, or customer service.
• Strong phone presence and excellent written communication.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like eLead is a plus.
• Must be available to work some evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, and website chats.
• Log activity and maintain lead engagement using CRM tools.
• Set qualified appointments for the sales team that show up and buy.
• Follow a consistent daily process to manage fresh leads and nurture long-term prospects.
• Collaborate with sales managers to ensure smooth lead handoffs and appointment confirmations.
• Help boost our online reputation by encouraging customers to leave reviews.
