Open Road Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our Business Development Center. You will handle inbound inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure a high-quality customer experience across phone, text, email, and chat.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled, with opportunities for growth within a leading regional automotive group.

Qualifications

• Previous BDC, call center, or automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and online chat.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and reminders.
• Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
• Accurately document all customer communications in the CRM.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.
