We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Binghamton, NY area. About the Position of Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling work for mechanics/technicians, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety standards.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary repairs. They ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, directing workflow of technicians, and managing customer interactions to meet expectations.

Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and have at least 1 year of experience or training in automotive parts/tire sales or repairs/maintenance, or a combination demonstrating the ability to perform the role.
