Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices - Automotive Assistant & Service Managers. We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Norwich, NY area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

About the Position of Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling work, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring team safety.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary repairs, and ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. They direct workflow of mechanics and technicians, communicate with customers, assess needs, and strive to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications
