Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Position

1. Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsible for enforcing policies, scheduling, managing orders, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety.
2. Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, communicates with customers, and ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
