$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsible for enforcing policies, scheduling work, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.
Service Manager: Assists customers with tire and repair services, directs workflow of technicians, ensures customer satisfaction, and drives sales initiatives. Communicates with customers to assess needs and provide information on repairs and maintenance.

Must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the US, and possess at least 1 year of automotive parts/tire sales or repairs/maintenance experience, or equivalent education/training demonstrating ability to perform duties.
