South Shore CDJR is a fast-growing dealership seeking a high-energy, customer-focused leader to oversee our Express Lane Service Department, aiming for high production, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.

You Need
  • Several years of Dealership Service Advisor experience
  • Express Lane Experience
  • High CSI and customer focus
  • Experience managing 15+ employees preferred
  • Proficiency with ADP/CDK Dealer Services is a MUST
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate
  • Great attitude with high-energy personality
  • Excellent employee coaching skills

Responsibilities
  1. Hire, train, develop, and motivate the Express Lane staff; monitor their performance.
  2. Forecast goals and objectives for the department and ensure they are met.
  3. Promote customer satisfaction by ensuring courteous service from all employees.
  4. Maintain daily sales and production records.
  5. Develop and monitor budgets; inform management of variances.
  6. Meet customer satisfaction (CSI) and financial goals.
  7. Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  8. Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly.
  9. Establish promotional service pricing.
  10. Ensure proper repair techniques and schedule necessary training.
  11. Stay updated on product changes and new offerings.
  12. Ensure shop equipment is in proper and safe condition.
  13. Comply with all relevant regulations (e.g., OSHA, hazardous waste disposal).
  14. Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values in all interactions.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of automotive service advisor/dealership experience
  • Valid driver's license
