Assistant Service Manager / Service Advisor

Location: Hamburg, NJ | Full-Time | $65K-$90K (Base + Commission)

What You'll Be Doing

As our Assistant Service Manager, you'll be the linchpin between customers, technicians, and the front office. You'll help lead the team, drive sales, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Customer Service & Sales
  • Greet customers confidently and warmly—be the face of trust.
  • Manage repair orders from check-in to check-out.
  • Explain repairs clearly—educate and empower customers.
  • Drive sales through value, urgency, and transparency.
  • Follow up with estimates and help customers make informed decisions.
Team Leadership & Support
  • Support the Service Manager and help lead the team to success.
  • Keep technicians informed, organized, and accountable.
  • Coach front-of-house staff on scripts, service excellence, and upselling.
  • Assist in solving workflow issues and customer concerns.
Process, Precision & Hustle
  • Utilize Shopware to manage workflow effectively.
  • Monitor timelines, updates, and vehicle progress.
  • Help coordinate daily plans—think strategically.
