Automotive Assistant Manager

Pay: $17.00-23.00 per hour. Pay is based on experience.

As a Monro Assistant Automotive Store Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of daily store operations, including the efficient, productive, and safe operation of our service bays. This position is an excellent starting point for your career at Monro. Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Store Manager on store operations and decisions regarding hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, and terminating employees.
2. Support automotive technicians by establishing and maintaining a productive sales environment through training and developing team members on shop operations and guest services.
3. Assist with employee scheduling, completing timecards, and assigning work to Lube and Tire technicians.
4. Perform duties of an automotive technician when needed.
5. Attend meetings and clinics to stay current with tools, parts, and repair techniques.
