About the Job

This position is ideal for energetic team builders! You will support the General Manager in coordinating daily operations, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and mentoring your team. Responsibilities include managing costs, inventory, cash, and customer relations. You will also help develop future managers by setting a good example and providing mentorship. Adherence to policies and procedures is essential, along with active encouragement of team members and recruiting new talent.

Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, maintaining a professional appearance, upholding Domino's image standards, delivering excellent customer service, effective service recovery, punctuality, reliable transportation, store cleanliness, and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

General duties for all store team members include:

  • Knowledge of operational tasks and ability to train others
  • Operating all equipment
  • Stocking ingredients from delivery to storage and work areas
  • Preparing products efficiently
  • Handling telephone orders
  • Inventory management and paperwork
  • Cleaning store and equipment daily

Communication Skills:

  • Understanding and following written instructions
  • Verbal communication with customers and coworkers over phone and in person

Essential Skills:

  • Basic math skills, quick and accurate calculations
  • Making correct monetary change
  • Order taking and processing via verbal, written, and electronic means
  • Eye-hand coordination for rapid, precise movements
  • Entering orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen

Additional Qualifications:

  • Depth perception and differentiation between hot and cold surfaces
  • Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and in teams, handle stress, meet quality standards, analyze data, and make decisions

Physical Requirements include standing, walking short distances, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying items, pushing and pulling carts, climbing stairs or ladders occasionally, stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, and performing hand tasks with eye-hand coordination.
