Job Description
$14-$17 PER HOUR Bonus Eligible Weekly Pay

This position is ideal for energetic team builders! You will support the General Manager in coordinating daily operations, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and mentoring your team. Responsibilities include managing costs, inventory, cash, and customer relations. You will also help develop future managers by setting a good example and providing mentorship. Adherence to policies and procedures is essential, along with active encouragement of team members and recruiting new talent.
Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, maintaining a professional appearance, upholding Domino's image standards, delivering excellent customer service, effective service recovery, punctuality, reliable transportation, store cleanliness, and marketing efforts.
