Job summary

RESRG Automotive is seeking dependable Assembly Line Workers to support production operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment in Newbern, Tennessee.

You will assemble components, inspect quality, follow work instructions, and maintain 5S standards while contributing to safety and productivity. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED preferred and be able to work as part of a team, with reliable attendance and basic math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the process.
• Follow standardized work procedures and production schedules.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervision.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping at workstations.
• Support continuous improvement focused on safety, quality, productivity.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets.
• Follow all PPE requirements and safety policies.
• Assist with material handling, packaging, labeling, and other production-related tasks as needed.
