Responsibilities

  • Assemble automotive components according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the process.
  • Follow standardized work procedures and production schedules.
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
  • Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervision.
  • Maintain 5S housekeeping at workstations.
  • Support continuous improvement focused on safety, quality, productivity.
  • Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets.
  • Follow all PPE requirements and safety policies.
  • Assist with material handling, packaging, labeling, and other production-related tasks as needed.

Position Summary

RESRG Automotive is seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Line Workers to support production operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assembling, inspecting, packaging, and handling automotive components while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. The Assembly Line Worker plays a critical role in ensuring customer requirements are met through consistent performance and teamwork.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble automotive components according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Follow standardized work procedures and production schedules.
  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
  • Identify and report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervision.
  • Maintain workstations in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
  • Support continuous improvement activities focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
  • Assist with material handling, packaging, labeling, and other production-related tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing conditions.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
