Job summary

HIROTEC Manufacturing America, located in Fayetteville, Tennessee, is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our team in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

You will assemble components, operate manual and automated equipment, and perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications. The role includes documenting production activities, meeting productivity targets, and supporting others on the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; automotive/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Willingness to work standard 40 hours with overtime and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-components using manual or automated machinery.
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
• Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
• Visually inspect and test finished parts against specs.
• Meet productivity quotas while maintaining quality standards.
• Operate equipment safely for production processing.
• Provide training and assistance to other operators.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area.
• Perform changeovers and general set ups as needed.
