Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience with diesel engines and exhaust aftertreatment development is desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support development, validation, and production implementation of aftertreatment hardware components with suppliers and global teams.
• Plan and execute system tests, verification, and validation in rigs, test cells, and vehicles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engine, Aftertreatment, and calibration teams.
• Review test data for reliability and write clear reports.
• Define and implement solutions for aftertreatment customer issues.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
