Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an Aftertreatment Testing Engineer for the Hagerstown, MD area. This on-site role focuses on hardware development for exhaust aftertreatment systems, including mufflers, urea dosing, substrates, and coatings, with calibration work and data analysis.

The candidate will work with a cross-functional team across global sites, plan tests in rigs and vehicles, review results for data reliability, and communicate findings clearly. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support development, validation, and production implementation of aftertreatment hardware components with suppliers and global teams.
• Plan and execute aftertreatment EATS system test, verification and validation in rig, test cell and vehicles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engine, Aftertreatment, and Calibration teams.
