Job summary

Germain BMW of Naples South Campus is seeking a seasoned Automotive Acquisitions/Buying Center Manager to lead the vehicle sourcing and buy center operations. You will source quality inventory, negotiate with sellers, and align acquisitions with market demand to ensure a stocked, competitive lot.

In this role you will collaborate with sales, finance, and inventory teams, manage vendor relationships, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive acquisitions, inventory management, or similar roles.
• Strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of vehicle valuation.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust purchase strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with dealership software and inventory management systems is a plus.

As an Acquisitions/Buy Center Manager, you will oversee the vehicle acquisition process and manage the buy center operations with efficiency and precision.
